SECTION 1: GENERAL BUSINESS POLICIES

1.1 Orders, Purchases & Bookings

All purchases, custom orders, and service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Submitting an inquiry, completing a request form, joining a waitlist, or requesting a date does not automatically confirm an order or reservation.

Orders and services are confirmed only after all applicable requirements have been completed, including payment, submission of necessary information, and acceptance of any required agreement.

1.2 Payments & Deposits

Payment requirements vary by product or service.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline.

  • Orders may be delayed, suspended, or canceled for nonpayment under the agreed terms.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable when disclosed before booking or payment.

  • Products and services may be withheld until required payments are completed.

Payment arrangements and deadlines will be communicated during checkout, invoicing, or booking.

1.3 Custom Orders & Production

Most physical products offered through Sunshine for the One Time and its creative brands are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for individual customers.

Customers must provide accurate order details, including names, dates, wording, themes, colors, quantities, photographs, and delivery information.

Production timelines begin after all required information, approvals, and payments have been received.

Changes requested after production begins may require additional fees or may not be possible.

1.4 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production or design work begins.

Refunds are not guaranteed for changes of mind, canceled events, incorrect customer-provided information, or errors approved during the proofing process.

7-Day Damage & Order Issue Policy

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect physical products within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery or pickup.

Requests should include:

  • Customer name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected product

  • Packaging photographs when applicable

Refund and return requests are reviewed individually at Sunshine for the One Time's discretion, except where remedies are required by law.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include correction, repair, replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund.

Customers must receive return instructions before sending merchandise back. Return shipping arrangements will be communicated when a return is approved.

The seven-day reporting window does not restrict rights or remedies guaranteed under applicable law.

1.5 Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Shipping and fulfillment times vary depending on product type, production requirements, customer approvals, and carrier availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed.

  • Pickup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed before fulfillment.

  • Damaged, incorrect, missing, or undelivered orders should be reported promptly for investigation.

Applicable shipping and return requirements are governed by our published Shipping and Refund Policies.

1.6 Digital Products & Intellectual Property

Digital products include templates, ebooks, tutorials, guides, downloadable files, recorded classes, worksheets, and creative resources.

Digital purchases are generally final sale once access is provided, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for having the software, device, and technical access identified in the product description.

Digital Product Licensing

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Purchased templates may be customized for personal use or to create finished products for clients.

  • Editable files, original templates, download links, and source materials may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

  • Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

  • Commercial resale licenses must be expressly granted in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of protected content is prohibited.

Customers experiencing technical or download issues should contact customer support.

1.7 Appointments, Classes & Consultations

Appointments, educational sessions, and consultations must be booked and confirmed before attendance.

The following scheduling rules apply unless different terms are disclosed for a specific service:

  • A five-minute late-arrival grace period applies.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • One reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability.

  • Missed appointments and late cancellations generally do not qualify for refunds.

  • Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.

Late arrivals do not guarantee additional session time.

Class credits, refunds, and cancellation exceptions remain subject to the applicable purchase terms and law.

1.8 Customer Communication & Conduct

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and reviewing order confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates.

Sunshine for the One Time reserves the right to decline or discontinue service for legitimate reasons, including nonpayment, abusive behavior, fraud, harassment, unlawful requests, or unsafe conditions.

Any cancellation or discontinuation will remain subject to applicable agreements and consumer protection laws.

These policies apply to Sweet Dream Kustom Kreations, Creative Hustler Academy, creative education, custom party favors, graphic design, templates, workshops, and Creative Lab services.

2.1 Custom Designs & Party Favors

Custom design orders generally include:

  • One initial design proof

  • Two minor revisions

Minor revisions include reasonable changes to wording, colors, placement, or existing design elements.

Complete redesigns, new concepts, additional revisions, and major changes may require additional fees.

Customers must carefully review proofs before approval. Once approved, changes or corrections may incur additional charges.

2.2 Rush Orders

Rush services may be available for an additional $50 rush fee, depending on workload and production capacity.

Rush availability must be confirmed before payment. Rush fees may become non-refundable once expedited work begins, as disclosed at purchase.

2.3 Creative Lab, Classes & Tutorials

Creative Lab and educational services provide creative instruction, platform assistance, design guidance, and troubleshooting.

Unless expressly included in the purchased package, educational sessions do not include complete done-for-you designs, website development, branding packages, unlimited revisions, or finished physical products.

Customers should arrive prepared with necessary files, software, materials, and project information.

2.4 Design Materials & Licensing

Customers must have authorization to use any protected images, trademarks, logos, characters, or other materials provided for their projects.

Orders involving unauthorized intellectual property use may be declined.

Digital templates and educational materials follow the licensing conditions in Section 1.6.

SECTION 3: SIPPIN' SMOKIN' PRETTI

These policies apply to mobile bartending, premium hookah catering, mocktail services, event packages, specialty setups, and related experiences.

3.1 Reservations & Event Payments

Submitting an event inquiry does not reserve an event date.

Bookings are confirmed only after availability is approved, the service package is accepted, required payments are received, and applicable agreements are completed.

Deposits and remaining balance requirements will be disclosed during booking.

Dates are not guaranteed or held without confirmation.

3.2 Client & Venue Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event information, including date, location, guest count, requested services, setup needs, and venue restrictions.

Clients are responsible for verifying that their selected venue permits all requested services, including alcohol service and hookah use.

Adequate space, access, parking, setup arrangements, and any necessary permissions must be available.

Additional travel, parking, staffing, or special-access fees may apply when disclosed in the quote or agreement.

3.3 Alcohol & Hookah Service

All services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, venue policies, age restrictions, and required licensing.

Valid identification may be required.

Sippin' Smokin' Pretti reserves the right to refuse service to underage, visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe individuals.

Services may be paused, restricted, or discontinued when legal or safety concerns arise.

Clients and guests must follow all applicable alcohol, tobacco, hookah, and venue requirements.

3.4 Event Changes, Cancellations & Safety

Changes to confirmed dates, locations, guest counts, or packages require approval and may affect pricing and availability.

Outdoor events require appropriate weather accommodations and safe operating conditions.

Cancellation charges, deposits, and refund eligibility follow the accepted event agreement and applicable law.

Clients may be responsible for damage caused to equipment or setup materials under the terms of their agreement and applicable law.

3.5 Event Photography

Photographs of event setups may be used for portfolios and marketing where permitted.

Clients should communicate photography preferences before the event. Required permissions will be obtained before using identifiable individuals' images.

SECTION 4: TWISTED SUNSHINE

Twisted Sunshine is an adult-oriented party game and entertainment product brand associated with Sippin' Smokin' Pretti.

4.1 Product Releases & Preorders

Waitlist registration does not guarantee early access, discounted pricing, or product availability.

Preorder requirements, payment terms, shipping estimates, and cancellation conditions will be provided before purchase.

Product designs, packaging, and anticipated release dates may change before fulfillment. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated to customers.

4.2 Age Requirements & Responsible Use

Twisted Sunshine products may contain mature themes, adult humor, or drinking-related activities.

Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and age requirements.

Participation in any activity is voluntary. Players should never be pressured to consume alcohol or participate in uncomfortable or unsafe activities.

SECTION 5: SUNSHINE TRAVELING FUN

These policies apply to travel planning, trip promotion, group travel, consultations, itinerary assistance, and related travel coordination.

Travel prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

Quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.

Reservations are subject to applicable supplier requirements, payment deadlines, availability, and booking conditions.

5.2 Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

Travelers must comply with the payment schedule provided for their trip.

Late or missed payments may result in supplier penalties, cancellation, or loss of reservations.

Deposits, refunds, credits, and cancellation charges depend on the applicable travel provider, package, and booking agreement.

Third-party travel provider refunds cannot be guaranteed.

5.3 Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining required identification, passports, visas, travel authorizations, and other necessary documents.

Reservation names must match the identification documents required for travel.

Travelers must review current entry requirements and supplier conditions before departure.

5.4 Third-Party Providers & Travel Changes

Travel arrangements may involve airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, and other independent providers.

Changes, delays, cancellations, and service disruptions may be governed by those providers' policies.

Traveling Fun will provide assistance within the scope of the booked service but cannot control independent suppliers.

5.5 Travel Insurance & Group Trips

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but is subject to the coverage, exclusions, and conditions of the policy purchased.

Group travelers must follow communicated payment schedules, deadlines, booking instructions, and trip-specific requirements.

Travel consultations follow the general appointment policies in Section 1.7.

These policies apply to custom desserts, specialty treats, seasonal sweets, celebration orders, and related products.

6.1 Product Availability & Orders

Sweet Dreams services and ordering availability may vary during relaunch or seasonal periods.

Joining an interest list does not guarantee product availability, reserve an order date, or lock in pricing.

Confirmed orders may require completed order information, availability approval, and applicable payment.

6.2 Custom Orders & Changes

Customers must provide accurate flavor selections, quantities, event dates, design requests, and other necessary information.

Changes after confirmation are subject to approval and may affect pricing or production schedules.

A $50 rush fee may apply to accepted expedited orders.

6.3 Allergies & Food Safety

Customers must disclose allergies, food sensitivities, and dietary restrictions before ordering.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Allergen-free preparation is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Customers with severe allergies should contact Sunshine before purchasing.

6.4 Pickup, Delivery & Product Handling

Pickup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed with each order.

Customers are responsible for following provided storage, temperature, transportation, and serving instructions after proper handoff.

Damage or quality changes caused by improper customer handling may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

6.5 Cancellations & Refunds

Custom dessert orders are generally final sale once preparation begins or supplies are committed, as disclosed before purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the order circumstances, applicable agreement, and law.

Customers should promptly report any quality or order concerns. The general seven-day physical-product reporting policy does not extend a product's safe storage or consumption period.
