Issue Reporting Window
Any issue with a purchase, order, booking, digital product, custom service, pickup, delivery, or form submission must be reported within 24 hours.
This includes missing files, broken links, order concerns, booking errors, delivery issues, damaged items, incorrect details, access issues, or any other purchase-related problem.
Issues reported after 24 hours may not qualify for correction, replacement, credit, support, review, or additional service.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reading all product descriptions, service details, booking terms, turnaround times, form instructions, and policies before purchasing or submitting a request.
Customers are also responsible for providing accurate information, including names, emails, phone numbers, event dates, needed-by dates, shipping details, wording, files, photos, and other required order details.
Sunshine for the One Time is not responsible for delays, errors, missed messages, missed bookings, or incorrect orders caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late customer information.
Payment Policy
Orders, bookings, services, and custom work do not begin until payment, deposit, or checkout is completed.
If a remaining balance is due, it must be paid by the deadline provided.
Orders may not be released, delivered, shipped, printed, assembled, or completed until payment is received in full.
Turnaround Time Policy
All turnaround times are based on Sunshine’s current workload.
Turnaround time does not begin until all required details, files, approvals, and payments are received.
Estimated turnaround times may vary based on workload, customer response time, revisions, order size, supplies, booking availability, printing needs, shipping delays, or third-party platform issues.
Digital Product Policy
All digital products are final sale due to instant or electronic access.
Digital products may include ebooks, templates, tutorials, downloadable files, recorded classes, guides, worksheets, printable items, Canva files, Photoshop files, digital bundles, and other online resources.
Digital product access issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase by emailing:

Customers are responsible for making sure they have the correct software, app, subscription, device, and skill level needed to use the product.
No Resell Rights
All digital products are for purchased use only.
No resell rights are included with any digital product unless written permission is provided by Sunshine for the One Time.
Customers may not resell, share, upload, copy, redistribute, recreate, transfer, or claim digital products as their own.
Customers may not use Sunshine digital products to create competing products, template shops, memberships, courses, downloadable bundles, or resale files.
Shipping and Pickup Policy
Shipping, local pickup, and local delivery may be available for select physical products.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, pickup information, contact information, and delivery details.
Once an item has been shipped, picked up, delivered, or marked delivered by the carrier, Sunshine for the One Time is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, customer handling, weather delays, or issues outside of our control.
Any pickup, delivery, shipping, or order issue must be reported within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for checking their email, spam folder, text messages, booking reminders, order updates, and form confirmations.
Sunshine for the One Time is not responsible for missed deadlines, missed sessions, delayed orders, or missed updates caused by a customer not checking messages or providing incorrect contact information.
