SDK2 Policies
SDK2 Policies
SDK2 is the creative education, crafting, template, course, and custom party favor area under Sunshine for the One Time.
These policies apply to SDK2 digital products, templates, ebooks, tutorials, classes, Creative Lab sessions, party favor templates, custom party favor orders, print-ready files, and related services.
Digital Products and Templates
All SDK2 digital products are final sale due to instant or electronic access.
This includes Canva templates, Photoshop templates, ebooks, guides, tutorials, digital bundles, printable files, worksheets, checklists, mockups, recorded classes, class materials, and downloadable resources.
Any issue with an SDK2 digital product must be reported within 24 hours of purchase by emailing:
sunshine@sunshinefortheonetime.com
No Resell Rights
All SDK2 digital products and templates are for purchased use only.
No resell rights are included.
Customers may not resell, share, upload, copy, redistribute, transfer, recreate, or claim SDK2 digital products as their own.
Customers may not use SDK2 templates, ebooks, guides, or files to create competing products, digital bundles, courses, template shops, memberships, or resale products.
Template Usage
Customers may use purchased templates to create finished designs for themselves or their customers.
Customers may customize templates with names, photos, colors, wording, and event details.
Customers may not sell, share, or distribute the editable template itself.
Finished products may be printed or delivered to customers, but the editable template link or file may not be transferred.
Canva Templates
Some SDK2 templates may require Canva or Canva Pro.
Customers are responsible for having the correct Canva access needed to use the template.
SDK2 is not responsible for Canva subscription fees, Canva account issues, missing fonts, removed elements, platform changes, or Canva technical problems.
Photoshop Templates
Some SDK2 templates may require Adobe Photoshop or compatible software.
Customers are responsible for having the correct software and skill level needed to open and edit Photoshop files.
SDK2 is not responsible if a customer purchases a Photoshop template but does not have Photoshop or compatible software.
Classes and Bookings
SDK2 classes, Creative Lab sessions, consultations, workshops, and live trainings are not confirmed until payment or booking checkout is completed.
Submitting a form or asking a question does not reserve a seat, session, or appointment time.
All scheduled classes and sessions include a 5-minute grace period.
If a customer is more than 5 minutes late, the session may be shortened, canceled, or marked as missed.
Late arrivals do not guarantee extra time.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class, session, or consultation.
Only one reschedule request is allowed per booking.
Extreme emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
To request a reschedule, email:
sunshine@sunshinefortheonetime.com
No-Shows
No-shows, missed sessions, same-day cancellations, and late arrivals beyond the grace period may be non-refundable.
If a customer misses a class or session, they may need to book and pay for a new appointment.
Creative Lab Policy
Creative Lab sessions are for guidance, troubleshooting, creative support, platform help, project direction, and educational assistance.
Creative Lab may include help with Canva, Photoshop, template editing, party favor layouts, digital file setup, crafting questions, design troubleshooting, beginner design support, and creative project planning.
Creative Lab is not automatically a full done-for-you design service.
Unless stated in the booked service, Creative Lab does not include full custom design completion, website buildout, full branding, bulk editing, printing, assembly, unlimited revisions, or same-day project completion.
Customer Preparation for Classes and Creative Lab
Customers should arrive prepared with all needed files, photos, wording, questions, login information, Canva access, Photoshop access, and project details.
If a customer arrives unprepared, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
SDK2 is not responsible for delays caused by poor internet, device issues, forgotten passwords, software updates, locked accounts, or customer-side technical problems.
Custom Party Favor Orders
Custom party favor orders do not begin until all required details and payment are received.
Submitting an inquiry form does not confirm an order.
Required details may include customer name, email, phone number, event date, needed-by date, theme, colors, name and age, exact wording, favor type, quantity, photos, logos, inspiration images, pickup details, delivery details, shipping details, and special notes.
Turnaround Times
All custom order turnaround times are based on Sunshine’s current workload.
Turnaround time does not begin until payment is received and all required details are submitted.
Rush orders may be available depending on workload.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available for a $50 rush fee.
Rush availability is not guaranteed.
Rush fees are non-refundable once the rush order is accepted and work begins.
Proofs and Revisions
Custom design orders include:
1 design proof
2 revisions
A revision is a small adjustment to the existing design, such as wording, color, photo placement, or minor layout changes.
A revision does not include a full redesign, new theme, new concept, major layout change, or starting over from scratch.
Additional revisions may require an additional fee and may delay the order.
Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval.
Customers should check spelling, names, ages, dates, colors, photos, theme, wording, layout, quantity, and favor type.
Once a design is approved, SDK2 and Sunshine for the One Time are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Refunds and Cancellations
Custom orders are non-refundable once design work begins.
Refunds are not provided for changed minds, canceled events, incorrect customer details, customer delays, missed response deadlines, poor-quality photos, approved design errors, no longer needing the order, or failure to pick up on time.
Photo Quality
Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality photos.
Low-quality, blurry, filtered, cropped, screenshot, dark, or pixelated images may affect the final design.
Photo editing may be available as an add-on, but perfect results are not guaranteed from poor-quality images.
Licensed Characters and Logos
Customers are responsible for making sure they have permission to use any character, logo, school logo, team logo, brand image, celebrity image, copyrighted image, or trademarked material they provide.
SDK2 may refuse any order that creates copyright, trademark, legal, or brand-use concerns.
Issue Reporting Window
Any issue with an SDK2 purchase, template, class, session, custom order, pickup, delivery, or file must be reported within 24 hours by emailing:
