Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti Policies
Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti is the bartending, hookah, mobile event service, and adult experience brand under Sunshine for the One Time.
These policies apply to event inquiries, bartending services, hookah services, event consultations, signature drink setups, mocktail services, themed setups, event add-ons, and related services.
Event Inquiry Does Not Confirm Booking
Submitting an event inquiry does not confirm your event date or service.
An event is not booked until availability has been confirmed, service details have been reviewed, a package or quote has been accepted, required payment or deposit has been received, and any required agreement has been accepted.
Dates are not held without payment unless Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti confirms otherwise in writing.
Payment and Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve an event date.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline provided.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services and loss of payment.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate event information.
This may include event date, event time, event location, guest count, requested service, indoor or outdoor setup, theme or vibe, venue rules, parking instructions, setup instructions, breakdown instructions, point of contact, and special requirements.
Changes to event details may affect pricing, availability, setup needs, staffing, or service options.
Venue Rules and Permissions
Clients are responsible for confirming that the venue allows the services requested.
This includes bartending, alcohol service, hookah service, smoking or vaping rules, open flame or heat restrictions, outdoor setup, vendor access, power access, insurance requirements, setup times, breakdown times, parking, loading access, and security requirements.
If the venue does not allow the requested service, the client may still be responsible for applicable payments, deposits, preparation costs, and fees.
Alcohol Service
If bartending or alcohol-related service is booked, all service must follow applicable laws, venue rules, and safety requirements.
Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears underage, intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, or unable to consume responsibly.
Guests may be required to provide valid identification.
Service may be paused or stopped if safety concerns arise.
Clients are responsible for making sure alcohol-related service is allowed at the venue and legally appropriate for the event.
Hookah Service
Hookah services must follow applicable laws, age requirements, venue rules, and safety guidelines.
Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti reserves the right to refuse hookah service to any guest who does not meet legal age requirements or who behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
Clients are responsible for confirming that the venue allows hookah before booking.
If the venue does not allow hookah service, the client may still be responsible for applicable payments, deposits, preparation costs, and fees.
Setup Requirements
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access for setup and breakdown.
Depending on the service, setup may require table space, a flat surface, power access, covered area, ventilation, parking access, loading area, proper lighting, weather protection, reasonable setup time, and reasonable breakdown time.
If setup conditions are unsafe, unavailable, or different from what was provided during booking, service may be delayed, limited, modified, or canceled without refund.
Outdoor Events
Outdoor events may be affected by weather.
Clients are responsible for providing a backup plan for rain, wind, extreme heat, cold, or unsafe conditions.
If weather prevents service and no safe backup option is available, payments may remain non-refundable.
Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply based on event location.
Additional fees may apply for parking, tolls, venue access, stairs, elevators, long-distance loading, extended setup time, or special requirements.
Travel fees are separate unless included in the quote.
Event Changes
Any changes to the date, time, location, guest count, package, or service must be requested in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may require additional fees.
Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti is not required to approve changes after booking.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
If the client cancels, payments already made may be non-refundable depending on timing, preparation, supplies purchased, staffing, and work completed.
Cancellation details may also be listed in the event quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Safety and Right to Stop Service
Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti reserves the right to stop service, pause service, refuse service, or leave an event if safety, legal compliance, staff treatment, guest behavior, or property safety becomes a concern.
No refund will be issued if service is stopped due to unsafe conditions, harassment, violence, illegal activity, venue restrictions, client misconduct, guest misconduct, underage drinking concerns, intoxication concerns, hookah safety concerns, damage to equipment, or threats toward staff.
Damages
The client may be responsible for damages to equipment, tools, supplies, decor, hookah equipment, bar tools, setup items, or property caused by guests, venue staff, or event attendees.
Photos and Marketing
Sippin’ Smokin’ Pretti may take photos or videos of event setups for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
If you do not want your setup photographed or shared, please notify us in writing before the event.
Issue Reporting Window
Any event service issue must be reported within 24 hours of the event or booking confirmation, depending on the issue.

Issues reported after 24 hours may not qualify for review, correction, or follow-up.
