Sweet Dreams Policies

Sweet Dreams is the sweets, treats, dessert, seasonal drop, and custom dessert area under Sunshine for the One Time.

Sweet Dreams may be in relaunch preparation unless otherwise stated.

These policies apply to Sweet Dreams updates, relaunch interest forms, future dessert orders, custom sweets, treat orders, seasonal drops, pickup items, delivery items, and related products.

Relaunch Status

Sweet Dreams may not be accepting active orders at all times.

If ordering is not currently open, customers may join the relaunch list or submit an interest form for future updates.

Submitting an interest form does not confirm an order, hold a date, guarantee availability, or reserve pricing.

Future Orders

Once ordering opens, custom sweet and treat orders may require order form submission, availability confirmation, menu or design confirmation, payment or deposit, pickup details, delivery details, shipping details, and agreement to order policies.

Orders are not confirmed until payment and all required details are received.

Payments and Deposits

Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment.

Deposits may be non-refundable once supplies are purchased, preparation begins, or the order date is reserved.

Remaining balances must be paid by the due date provided.

Orders may not be released until payment is complete.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details.

This may include customer name, email address, phone number, event date, needed-by date, theme, colors, treat type, quantity, names or wording, flavor preferences, allergy notes, pickup details, delivery details, inspiration photos, and special requests.

Incomplete or late information may delay the order.

Turnaround Time

All turnaround times depend on Sweet Dreams’ current workload.

Turnaround time does not begin until all required details and payment have been received.

Rush orders may not always be available.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for a $50 rush fee, depending on workload and order type.

Rush fees are non-refundable once the rush order is accepted and work begins.

Changes to Orders

Changes after confirmation may not always be available.

If changes are approved, additional fees may apply.

Changes may also affect turnaround time.

Allergies and Food Safety

Customers must disclose allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions before placing an order.

Sweet Dreams may prepare items in environments where common allergens may be present.

Common allergens may include milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, food dyes, gluten, and other allergens.

Sweet Dreams cannot guarantee that items are allergen-free unless specifically stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product is safe for them or their guests.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery options will be provided when ordering opens.

Customers must pick up orders at the agreed time.

Once treats are picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for proper storage, handling, temperature control, transportation, and serving.

Customer Handling

Sweet Dreams is not responsible for damage, melting, spoilage, breakage, or quality changes caused by customer handling after pickup or delivery.

This includes heat, sunlight, improper storage, long car rides, refrigeration issues, freezing, pets, children, dropping the order, customer transportation, and delayed serving.

Refunds and Cancellations

Custom sweet and treat orders may be non-refundable once preparation begins, supplies are purchased, or the order date is reserved.

Refunds are not provided for changed minds, canceled events, incorrect details submitted by the customer, failure to pick up, improper storage after pickup, customer delay, taste preference after purchase, damage after pickup or delivery, or allergy issues that were not disclosed before ordering.

Issue Reporting Window

Any issue with a Sweet Dreams order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Issues reported after 24 hours may not qualify for review, correction, replacement, or support.

Photos and Marketing

Sweet Dreams may photograph completed orders for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

If you do not want your order shared, please notify Sunshine for the One Time in writing before pickup or delivery.
