Sunshine Traveling Fun Policies
Traveling Fun Policies
Traveling Fun is the travel planning, trip promotion, group trip, and travel experience area under Sunshine for the One Time.
These policies apply to travel inquiries, travel consultations, trip pages, group trips, payment coordination, itinerary assistance, travel resources, and related travel support.
Travel Services
Traveling Fun may provide travel support, planning assistance, trip information, destination research, itinerary suggestions, payment guidance, group trip updates, or travel-related resources.
Specific services will be listed in the package, trip page, consultation description, invoice, or agreement.
Third-Party Providers
Travel may involve third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour companies, transportation providers, travel booking platforms, payment processors, and other vendors.
Sunshine for the One Time and Traveling Fun are not responsible for third-party policies, vendor decisions, pricing changes, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, resort changes, airline changes, vendor errors, weather issues, or service failures outside of our control.
Pricing and Availability
Travel pricing and availability may change until the trip, booking, or payment is confirmed.
Quotes are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing and secured through the required booking process.
Travel prices may change due to supplier pricing, availability, taxes, fees, resort changes, flight changes, room inventory, or vendor updates.
Payments
Payment terms vary by trip or service.
Clients are responsible for making payments by the listed deadlines.
Missed payments may result in cancellation, loss of reservation, loss of deposit, late fees, or removal from a group trip.
Payment reminders may be sent as a courtesy, but customers are responsible for tracking their own payment deadlines.
Deposits
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Deposit rules are usually set by the travel supplier, vendor, booking platform, or package terms.
Customers should review all trip details, payment schedules, and cancellation terms before submitting payment.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, the customer is responsible for paying on time.
Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in cancellation, fees, loss of payments, or removal from the trip.
Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents.
This may include government-issued ID, passport, visa, travel authorization, vaccination records when required, name match with booking, documents required by the destination, documents required by the airline, and documents required by the resort or travel provider.
Sunshine for the One Time and Traveling Fun are not responsible for denied travel caused by missing, expired, incorrect, or invalid documents.
Name Accuracy
Travelers are responsible for making sure names are entered exactly as they appear on required travel documents.
Name corrections may not always be allowed and may require additional fees.
Cancellations and Refunds
Travel cancellations and refunds depend on the supplier, vendor, package, destination, and payment terms.
Some payments may be non-refundable.
Some cancellations may result in travel credits, penalties, partial refunds, or no refund.
Traveling Fun cannot guarantee refunds from third-party travel providers.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel insurance may help protect against certain cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or unexpected issues, depending on the policy purchased.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and purchasing coverage that fits their needs.
Declining travel insurance may limit refund or protection options.
Group Trips
For group trips, all travelers must follow the payment schedule, communication instructions, trip rules, deadlines, and supplier terms.
Failure to follow group trip deadlines may result in removal from the trip or loss of payments.
Group trip details may be updated as vendors, pricing, itineraries, or schedules change.
Travel Changes
Changes to traveler names, dates, room types, flights, packages, destinations, or traveler counts may not always be allowed.
If changes are allowed, additional fees may apply.
Travel Consultations
Travel consultations are scheduled services and follow the Sunshine for the One Time booking policy.
All scheduled consultations include a 5-minute grace period.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Only one reschedule request is allowed per booking.
Issue Reporting Window
Any issue related to a travel inquiry, consultation, payment, or trip detail must be reported within 24 hours of purchase, payment, or booking confirmation.
