If you finalize changes within that 10-day window, you proceed using the updated plan. If the 10 days pass without the required changes, the quote expires. To continue the planning process without starting over, a reinstatement fee of $50.00 is required. This fee reactivates the planning phase for an additional 5 days, giving your team a fresh window to approve options, lock in decisions, and move toward execution.

Once the $50.00 fee is paid, we immediately re-enter the planning phase for a 5-day window. During this period, we continue shaping the project plan, integrating your feedback, and moving toward final recommendations. This is your focused period to confirm the path forward and lock in the next steps.

Upon receipt of your quote you will have 10 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you. Once 10 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50.00 before we will continue with the planning process. This $50.00 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 5 days.
